Steps to obtain a passport
If you are getting your first passport and you are already an adult, you will need:
- Present your original DPI, or if you have not yet obtained one, bring your original and recent birth certificate with CUI number.
- Pay $65 at the consulate.
For underage youth, the action goes like this:
- They must go with both parents, who must present their original DPI, or their original and recent birth certificate with CUI number.
- In addition, they must present the minor’s original and recent birth certificate, also with the CUI number.
- Make the payment of $65 dollars at the consulate.

For adults :
