- Schedule your appointment through the Appointment System of the Consular Service of Guatemala. Remember that the appointment is personal and free.
- Present your original DPI at the appointment or, if you do not have it, your original and recent birth certificate issued by RENAP that contains your CUI number, plus a photocopy of both sides of your DPI.
- The procedure costs $65.00 dollars, payable by Money Order.
Requirements for processing a passport
The general requirements are:
- Recent Birth Certificate issued by RENAP with CUI number or DPI in original plus a photocopy of both sides.
- A Money Order for $65.00 dollars to pay for the procedure.
