To get your first passport or renew it, here’s what you need to do:
- Schedule your appointment through the Guatemalan consular service appointment system. Remember, the appointment is personal, free and non-transferable.
- To obtain or renew your passport, present at the appointment a recent birth certificate (not older than 6 months) issued by RENAP that contains your CUI number or your DPI. You must also present a photocopy of both sides of your DPI.
- Payment is $65.00 dollars in Money Order.
