  2. For your appointment, you must present your original Personal Identification Document (DPI), or if you do not have one, the original and recent birth certificate issued by RENAP containing the CUI number. In addition, you must bring a photocopy of both sides of the DPI.
  3. The passport processing fee is $65.00, payable by Money Order.

  • Recent Birth Certificate issued by RENAP with CUI number or DPI in original accompanied by a photocopy of both sides.
  • A Money Order for $65.00 dollars to pay for the procedure.
